Welcome to Harnessed to Hope Northern Breed Rescue's magazine fundraising site. All of the money we raise goes directly to the dogs in our foster homes. Our foster dogs come from shelters and from owner surrender situations. Some dogs are sick or underweight; others just need routine checkups or vaccines. We are a non profit 501c3 organization.
