The Boys & Girls Club of the Missouri River Area has a mission to enable all young people, especially those who need us most, to reach their full potential as productive, caring, responsible citizens. Our purpose is to promote the social, educational, health, leadership, and character development of boys and girls during critical periods of their growth. Boys & Girls Club provides a safe place to learn and grow; ongoing relationships with caring, adult professionals; Life-enhancing programs and character development experiences; hope and opportunity. BGCMRA provides traditional Boys & Girls Clubs in Wagner, Marty, and Avon, SD, and will be opening a new club in Yankton, SD in 2009. BGCMRA also provides a before & after school program for elementary students (Just For Kids program) in the Yankton, SD community. Check out our website at www.bgcmra.org to learn more about us!
