Animal Rescue Foundation of SE PA, Inc. (ARF) is an all-volunteer, 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization solely dedicated to the welfare of homeless and at-risk pets in southeastern Pennsylvania. ARF volunteers rescue cats, dogs and rabbits from public shelters that must euthanize when full. Rescued pets receive complete veterinary care, including testing, vaccinations, spay/neuter, microchip ID and any other needed care - paid for by ARF. Pets live in a home with an ARF foster family until adopted, as long as that takes. ARF also sponsors free spay/neuter clinics in communities that have high numbers of strays turned in to area shelters, has programs to encourage adoption of senior pets, and much more.
