These precious Mountain Lion cubs were orphaned when a hunter shot their mother to death, right in front of them. Because Idaho does not allow big cats to be released back to the wild, they had to be euthanized or go to a zoo. Mady Rothchild at Animals in Distress Association knew that in a zoo they would be split up, bred and discarded like so many others so she persuaded Fish & Game to send the orphans to Big Cat Rescue. Here we will keep them together, because they have already lost so much, but we need your help. Please order your magazines and gifts here and ask your friends to do the same so that they can have the best possible life, if it must be one of captivity.
